Select the businesses and locations relevant to your activities then start the relevant induction or training. RETURNING USER ,- you can select additional businesses and locations for induction by selecting the MY DETAILS tab and MY LOCATIONS. You can also undertake training modules posted to this site. HELP - If you need assistance, contact will be shown in the HELP menu which appears in the top right hand corner of all screens. If you have problems completing the induction because of system issues, please call the site focal point or your Viva Energy Manager who will advise the central System Administrator of the issue and we will investigate and let you know what the issue is and how we can overcome it. IMPORTANT NOTE There has been a recent re-configuration of the course structure for inductions. New inductees : You are not effected and can go ahead and create an account and undertake the induction. Existing or returning inductees : When you receive your renewal email, it will indicate if your previous induction courses have been replaced by new courses. Just follow the link in the email to continue with the renewals. You may not receive a renewal for every course you completed previously due to the new structure that has been put in place.
